Virtual notarization utilizes technology to enable you to complete the notarization process remotely. Just submit your information and documents, participate in a video conference, and receive your fully notarized documents without leaving your home or office. Scroll down to learn more about our process, and feel free to contact us anytime with your questions.
RON
Electronically sign your documents while a New Jersey Notary Public witnesses via video conferencing. You'll receive your notarized documents by email in PDF format, complete with a full chain of custody.
RIN
Sign your documents with a regular ink pen while being witnessed by a New Jersey Notary Public through video conferencing. Mail your signed original documents to us, and we will return them to you, fully notarized.
1. Scheduling a Session
  • Click here to schedule an appointment at a convenient time for you.
  • Choose your preferred time slot. If your documents are ready, you can upload them using a secure file-sharing link (P2P), Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive (MS), or send them via email.
  • Next, provide the necessary information for all signers. If you are completing a RIN, you will be asked for a delivery method and address.
  • After submitting your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions.
2. Video Call
  • You will receive an email with instructions on how to join the video conference.
  • At the beginning of the meeting, the notary will review basic information and verify your identity using two forms of ID.
  • The identification of all signers and witnesses must be verified before proceeding.
  • Once your identity is confirmed, the notary will begin recording the session. Follow the notary’s instructions for digitally signing the documents (RONs) or for hand signing (RINs).
3. Receive Documents
  • For Remote Online Notarization (RON) sessions, you will receive the final notarized PDF version via email.

  • For Remote Ink-Signed Notarization (RIN) sessions, each participant physically signs their documents and sends the signed versions by scanning or taking clear pictures of the complete documents and emailing them for review.

  • The notary will then complete the verification on the physical version and email you a fully notarized copy. You will be instructed to mail your original signed documents to our office.

  • The notary will examine and cross-check the mailed documents with the ones signed online, attach the original notary certificate, and then dispatch the documents to you, your attorney, the title company, or any designated recipient within the USA. This can be done via New Jersey Lawyers' Services (NJLS), or other delivery services like UPS, FedEx, or Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested (CMRRR).

  • Additional fees may apply for international delivery.
